SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Kindly Provide postal address including pin code, email id and contact number to help us ship your order. Do cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order. If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within the selected shipping date. Else if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 8-10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you via courier partners. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will email your order tracking details.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS BY YOU

We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are damaged during transit, defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 24 hours from the date of Delivery via email to xyz@gmail.com of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition. Do not throw the damaged product or packing slip away! You will be asked to provide order number, image of invoice and photographic proof of damage (2 outer box image, 3 clear images of the damaged product). In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges...

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final and, any item cancellations and quantity reductions must be made before the order is shipped. We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.

Cancellation policy is not applicable on any Membership, Contest, Discounted schemes/offers.

REFUND

Refund will be initiated within 7-9 working days of receiving the cancellation request (refer above, for terms on Cancellation policy).
